How can I change my password?

How do I register and do I have to pay to register?

Registration on Tikin.az is free. To register, you must have an active number that receives SMS. When registering, a confirmation code will be sent to your number and a confirmation link will be sent to your e-mail. You must enter both information for the security of your account.

What is Tikin.az about?

Tikin.az is a unique digital catalog of construction materials and logistics. Do we have to pay to place ad?

Product ads can be placed completely free of charge and without registration. Placement of a logistics ad costs 6 azn. In this case, for your convenience, when you click on the button Logistics ad, you will immediately be directed to the payment window.

Do we need any documents to open a store?

You do not need any documents to open a digital store on Tikin.az. However, you must verify the accuracy of the information entered. If there is a lack of information or inaccuracy, it is possible that customers will not be able to contact you about the ads you place.

How to contact you/store?

There is an application form at the bottom of the page where you are currently. Using this form, you can direct any questions and mark your suggestions. You will be contacted by our staff as soon as possible after sending the form. Do you have delivery and online payment?

What is the difference beteween ads of regular user and store?

Store information is displayed in a special, Stores section. It is not recommended to open a store for one-time sales. The store account is designed for a large number, in most cases for wholesale and permanent ads. The appearance and effectiveness of the ad on the site is the same in both cases.

What is Logistics for?

The logistics section is designed for advertising special transportation and construction equipment. This section deals with the purchase and sale of equipment. To place a logistics ad, the user must register and click on the option to place a logistics ad in the personal account in the menu.

What should we do in case of issues happened during order and delivery?

In the event of an undesirable situation leading to any conflict, both sides must first negotiate and reach a peaceful agreement. In any case, all sorts of unforeseen and undesirable situations related to both ordering and delivery in different parts of the world and at different points of sale can occur for reasons beyond the control of both parties.
